1. With most politicians, everything is political, especially interviews with the news media.

2. Pointing out that liberals made a lot of fun of Rush for being fat, and then giving all sorts of sympathetic press coverage to Nadler doesn't make a person petty, or narrow minded.

3.Nadler has insinuated that conservatives are fascist. He's not nice to us, so why should I sugar coat my dislike for him?
I don't wish the man ill. I just wish he would go away.

Dems could likewise ask the same of a Republican congressman.

As well they should. This surgery is very, very risky and very, very expensive. Taxpayers and those of us who pay insurance premiums should absolutely be asking these questions.

Nadler is the first politician I have heard that had the surgery. Carnie Wilson had it done. Now it has the publicity to be a panacea for excess tonnage due to ingesting too many calories.

To ignore the financial impact of this news is akin to sticking your head in the sand. My question was anything but irrelevent.
