Salon has nearly 50 employees. Revenue was $1 million last quarter. On Sept. 30, Salon had $266,000 in cash plus a promissory note for $200,000

Someone needs to do the math here. If the shares are trading at $.10, that's about $.11 too high.

What a beautiful chart. I'm amazed that they actually used to trade 375K shares/day. Many days now they're lucky to move 4,000.

There's still money to be made with this socialist piece of crap, if you've got a strong stomach and money you're not afraid to lose.

Doesn't the New York Observer still [Joe Conason's] his droolings?

He's an editor of some sort of the Observer. He got that gig shortly before leaving Spy magazine, which also went belly-up. That ought to tell him something, but he stays in the biz anyway.

One option Salon has prepared, according to a recent regulatory filing, is to sell some of its future revenue to an unnamed bank for 60 cents to 80 cents on the dollar

FReepers should buy Salon.com and really piss them off. LOL!

You're fired...sorry, you're outa here...bub-bye...Yo! See Ya!
