Do I cut the old card in half and send it back or just toss it? Will my annual dues be charged to my American Express card? If I don't like my picture on the newly issued card, are there re-takes? What's the address of my current chapter, and why am I not receiving the newsletter anymore?
Gad, the red tape these days....
I hope they hurry with the new cards... I have a waiting list of elderly people I need to throw out into the streets this month, and I don't want to get backlogged during my busy season...
