So does the "study" say how many accidents were a result of drivers under the influence of LEGAL DRUGS?

The idea behind LEGAL DRUGS is that a doctor has given you directions for taking medication.
I guess you never heard of this before, but certain LEGAL medications forbid driving, or operating machinery.
