Easy - all they got to do is call it a prepayment on your Social Security. EVERYBODY that works for wages pays the SS and Medicare tax, the most regressive taxes now assessed on the workers of America. Poor black men pay into the fund so rich white widows may benefit.

That's a little unfair to say, if they're already rich chances are their husband already paid a considerable amount of taxes. However like I said in a previous post, if SSI becomes defunct by the time I can collect then I need to either keep my money or invest it in my own damn account & quit paying for other peoples bills.
