I used PetitionOnline for it, and for the
WTC Flag Raising Petition which got well over 400,000 signatures.
Just used their site and followed the directions. It's free. Then linked to it from my site(s) and from FR and others.
Thank you SO much. I thought there may have been a site for it, but wasn't sure. Was glad to see you on here so I could ask you. The Klamath Falls petition was the first online petition I'd signed (proudly!).
