[history]
San Francisco -- A 26-year-old San Francisco man seeking $1.25 million from the city in a police-brutality claim said Friday that he was called a "faggot" by one or both of the officers, who cracked his ribs as they arrested him.

"San Francisco is a place for tolerance and diversity, and actions like this should never be condoned," Jordan said. What a jerk!

Let's see.....homo lurking at Toys R Us parking lot.
Hmmm.....who frequents stores like Toys R Us?
Sort of like the President of the St. Louis Gay Group who was caught, this week, with 4 of his buddies and a 14 year old boy in a park.
Sort of like the Scout Master in Titusville, FL, who, this week, was arrested for having a half dozen boys, 10 - 12 years old, at his house showing them gay porn movies.
When is society going to wake up?

said that either Officer Alex Fagan Jr., son of the department's second-in-command, or Officer Jason Kristal -- or both -- used the slur during the July 23 arrest in the parking lot of the Toys R Us on Geary Boulevard.Hmmm....assuming we believe what the perp says, could it be that the other officer was shouting "Fagan" to his partner, or that Fagan was saying something into his CB about his own last name?

Jordan said the incident happened as he was looking for the keys to his 1991 Volvo in the Toys R Us parking lot. Security guards who called police said Jordan had been in the lot for hours, staring at people and asking odd questions. Let me guess; staring at people who would qualify to join the Boy Scouts.

Apparently the gays are turning on each other. Willie recruits the SFPD in the baths.

Jordan did not say why the alleged name-calling was not mentioned in either the claim against the city filed by his attorney this week or in the motion filed in September by his public defender to dismiss charges against him.Could it be that it didn't happen...that is until a RAT tort and media manipulation specialist suggested that it happened?

Jailed for almost three months before being granted diversion
We're not being told something here. What was he doing in the parking lot? High on drugs? Who is in jail for that long without a reason?

Kristal wrote in his police report that the officers had to subdue Jordan after he tried to grab Fagan's gun. (Probably not the gun that Jordan was actually trying to grab.)
He said Friday that he was "shocked and shaken" by the ordeal and "freaked out" by the blood flowing from his cuts.
He characterized both Kristal and Fagan by saying, "It's a high school bully with a badge who has issues about homosexuality."
Jordan said the incident happened as he was looking for the keys to his 1991 Volvo in the Toys R Us parking lot.
Jordan said, "Now I can't even deal with sirens."
Washburn said the officers beat him for no reason as he crossed the street wearing a sunflower hat and carrying a drum.
ROTFLMAO!!!!! Un-freak'n-believeable!
I can't stop laughing!
These guys probably think Pearl Harbor is a reference to the female anatomy!
ROTF still!

"could it be that the other officer was shouting "Fagan" to his partner" That is the first thing I thought too. It seems pretty obvious.
"Washburn said the officers beat him for no reason as he crossed the street wearing a sunflower hat and carrying a drum."
Oh, really?

Homosexuals have chips on their shoulders. I once saw a documentary in which a traffic warden in NYC was telling one that he could not cross the street yet, and they swishy homo got very beligerent and told the cop that he could not tell him what to do.
