Hard to believe Lott proposed that. No way Mr. Affirmative Action Lott would support that now.

Of course, if Lott somehow manages to survive -- and stops groveling to the left -- he might give this White House some heartburn. They didn't do much but kick him while he was down after he had carried their water these past two years.
