Another of the EU elite chimes in, ratcheting up the verbal attacks against the United States and Israel.

While this is not new in itself, you have to wonder, what are these people thinking? Do they have a plan? What is their strategy?

Because this can lead to one destination only:

EU Rabia

Who cares what these people think? Any discussion is not worth the mental bandwidth.

I care for two reasons. One, I live in Europe. Two, resentful muttering from Europeans is one thing. But the risk is that Europe - still nearly the equal of the U.S. in science and engineering - will ally itself with Arab money, hoping to finance its failing welfare states, and import Arabs by the millions.

Gulliver would have laughed at the idea that dwarves no taller than a thimble could be a threat to him. But when he woke up in the land of Liliput, the dwarves had tied him up neat and tidy.

Agree. Europe has been dekivering ANY country with "harmful merchandise". Especially Belgium, which is a prolific arms dealer.
However, no amount of trade will boost the impossible task of financing the pension problem. Only new blood will do that. Enter the Muslims. The trojan horse has entered and it is almost time to go to sleep.

First of all, who cares what this Eurotrash has to say about us.

Secondly, I reject the notion of "International Law". I never voted for one person who passed an "International Law". I respect only Treatys that the U.S. has signed and have been approved by the Senate.

There is no such thing as International Law because it's not listed in the Constitution.

I would like to see something done with the detainees at Gitmo, one way or the other right now.. if for no other reason than to possibly exonerate and release any innocent men who might be among them.

That said, the ICC is majority rule. It;s the tyranny of the majority and I see no reason to give it our stamp of approval.

Once we do that it becomes legitimate and can then concern itself with decimating sovereign nations.

Our approval and support is something unique, no other nation on earth has this power. Once we do this that kangaroo court becomes a permanent fixture.

POS Baltasar Garzon wants to expand "his" judicial powers. I was stationed in Spain and if this POS (have I called him that enough?) was any good one would be able to enjoy a nice pitcher of Sangria without a Basque car bomb going off every other damn day.

Clean yer own house Garzon before ya start throwing rocks at others.......ya POS !

Stay Safe Ern !

Oh look, CNN and AP have found some judge in -- where is this? Oh yeah, Spain -- who criticizes Bush. Unlike the story of Senator Patty Murray, who lives right here and who praises Osama bin Laden, this story needs to be covered.

What a joke the media has become. If it's bad for Bush or Republicans, it's news. Otherwise we send it to the dustbin. I mean, how transparent can they get? They ignore Democrats who laud Osama bin Laden or who say "ni**er" on television, but this judge from Spain is something we all need to know about. Yep, it's more "news you can use" from your Ministry Of Truth.

big ern: I totally agree with your above statement. More folks should read and understand the Constitution. Is it still taught in school? My how times change. (sarcasim)

I sure hope you will be able to get out of germany and emigrate here or somewhere else. Right now you are paying almost 50% of your income to "sozialabgaben" before being taxed. Where is this going to go?
In Germany they claim 1.2% inflation. They can't include increases in the various taxes in that? The "Abgaben" increases alone would be a staggering spiral of inflation.
These numbers cannot possibly be counted in those numbers, would they be classified "Government enforced, voluntary, brought on by the stupid Buerger, Infalation"?
