On this issue? What about his suggestion to offer those out of work 3 grand for a 'job search' account on top of being able to sit on their arses for 6 months? And the incentive is that if you find a job before then, you get to keep the money!! Saw that on Brit Hume tonight. And the only protection apparently is Sec.
