I think the problem here is the lack of a better word to identify cultural Jews from religious Jews. I use the term "cultural Jews" to identify those who are Jewish PURELY due to the accident of birth, and the term "religious Jews" to identify those Jews who are Jewish to the core of their souls. I realize this is inadequate, but if better identifiers are to come, they will have to come from the Jews themselves.
At any rate, the "cultural/accidential Jews" are the ones who push the diversity movement. For the most part, they are only Jews when it is convenient.
