Why don't they extend the waiting period to get an abortion to 11 days and also make you pay for a license to get it. Also they should register you and put you in a government database.
They do all the above to people who want to buy a handgun in California.
But I think they should regulate abortion to extinction. Keep putting more and more restrictions on it until no one will want to get one anymore because they will have to go through a mile of paperwork and red tape.

Yeah...do to abortions what they do to cigarettes, regulate and tax them out of existence, but never out-right ban them....how about a per abortion tax, payable by the institution, not the "customer", to pay for "child-care" centers....yeah what interesting Ideas the anti-cigarette crowd have brought into being...lets place excise taxes on every abortion!
