Reached the same conclusion months ago. As we say in church, "the devil is mad, and I'm glad". This will be a tremendous blessing for the U.S. when Saddam is crushed. God loves justice and hates tyrants.

If the French are against a course of action you can pretty safely assume its the morally and politically correct thing to do.

I wish to join you in your thoughts.

I agree with you. Strip away the puppet show, and this is about Israel.
The liberals, the U.N., the E.U. and the Catholic Church are all lined up against us, because they fervently hope Saddam will be left alone to develop his nuclear weapons so he can one day incinerate the REAL object of their hatred -- Israel.
This is because Jesus said He would not return (and end the world as we know it) until National Israel accepted Him as their Saviour. Satan's strategy is dead simple once you know what to look for. Destroy Israel so they can never accept Jesus. That was his strategy with Hitler in WWII, (to stop Israel from getting back their Biblical Homeland) and when that backfired, he (and his human accomplices) have been trying to destroy Israel from without, via arab wars, and within, via "palestine".
They are ALL about to see their strategies go up in smoke.

A vanity with sanity.

The U.S. is right about what!? Sending American boys and girls half-way around the world to play nanny to ingrate countries? World policing under such circumstances is a form of masochism. What is the point of that?<)<
The logical conclusion to draw from your theory is that we should be bring the troops home for home defense rather than put them needlesly in harms in futile projects to "protect" or "reform" countries which hate us.

I agree! The U.S. is receiving more negative propaganda from within than anytime in history. The U.S. major news media is less believeable than TOKOYO ROSE during WWII. She was a joke and so is the U.S. news media. GO BUSH GO!!!

My Government's motives may or may not be entirely pure but at the end of the day I trust it long before these others. Maybe so, but I remember 8 years recently when I most assuredly did not trust "my government". I do now, because we have good people with good intentions in charge.

I only disagree in that I was totally convinced on day one, so I can't become more covinced.

I tend to agree. I only take other conservatives dissenting views seriously. If a liberal agrees with something Bush does, I wonder what he (Bush) did wrong. Liberals serve as perfect reverse barometers.
