With this coming out, wonder if we are about to hear more from Gerth -- I sincerely hope so. Looks like DOJ is playing hardball with Hughes and hope there is more to come!

ITAR violations and penalties along with loss of export license is truly hardball. Still doesn't make up for the cities we'll lose some day.

More Gerth, less Pincus!

You are kidding, right, Mom?

What appears to be happening here is the company is fined and restricted...which means the shareholders ultimately. Meanwhile the individuals who committed arguably treasonous acts walk free.

Sadly, Bush/Ashcroft have demonstrated absolutely no interest in seeing justice done in this matter or any other involving government corruption.
