I'm already on record as predicting she'll run in 04.
Too hard to keep herself relevent for that long until 08, and she gets uglier by the minute. The rest of the dem field are hapless losers, even Kerry is way past his time.

04 is her only shot. She's of course hoping for the economy to continue to suck and for there to be more terror in the US, as well as for the war to bog down.

With her friends in evil places, her FBI files, and her new seat on the armed forces committee, she is in a position to have an affect on these areas. Add in some disaster (pre-arranged?)that allows her to cast herself as a struggling but determined victim and she's in the race.

I thought she would run in '04, until last night. Nope, she knows that she was listening to the SOTU from the winner of the election in '04. They haven't a chance.

You cannot spin false garb on a man who is wearing real clothes. She knows it is over until '08. Then, she'll run.

You make a good case for her to run next year, especially about the fact that it'll be near impossible to 'keep herself relevant' until 2008.
