Whoa there ex-Tex. I agree the guy is a total freak, but kids do lie, often under manipulation. Remember that family in Massachussets (later released) who were railroaded by a psycho D.A. and unscrupulous "therapist". Same thing happened in Florida under Janet Reno. I'm not saying the kid is lying in this case, but celebrities often settle to avoid even worse publicity or monetary damages of a trial, regardless of the facts. That's why insurance companies settle fraudulent "personal injury" cases every single day.
