Ok good. Charge her with aiding and abetting a fugitive.
I have no sympathy for this guy, or his naieve accomplice. Abortion is murder, but that doesn't excuse their actions.

One of Kopp's lawyers, John V. Elmore, cross-examined Rock and got her to acknowledge that she felt the FBI had "pressured" her to testify against Kopp. If she hadn't gotten immunity, she'd be sitting behind bars for aiding his escape. Her deal was her testimony in exchange for her not becoming a jailbird.

I frankly don't care if they get caught or not. We know that about the OTHER "religion of peace."

this is a democracy,we still have a free press, radio and court-tv.yes there is a strong pro-abortion attitude, but the right to a fair trial is still alive, and the right to challange any court ruling against you.there is enough pro-life people to keep any trial honest.she is wrong.he is wrong to run.if he knowsa that he didn't do it he should go for help, not leave the country.

Many Freepers are aware of the renegade Sunni Moslem organization in the Buffalo area to which Mr. Muhammad, one of the DC snipers, belonged.
The MO of the Slepian killing as well as the supposedly associated shootings in nearby Canada, are virtually identical to the technique Muhammad used in the DC suburbs.
Koop has admitted to absolutely nothing that wasn't published in newspapers. It's just a matter of time until the FBI is forced to backdown on the allegations and charges in his case and point to the right shooter, Mr. Muhammad.
In the meantime, though, the FBI and their little buddies in Justice Department are going to keep prosecuting these people who really didn't commit any crimes just to "warn" other Right to Life folks.

Preventing death to thousands of children means nothing to you I suppose - probably an animal rights activist too.

KOPP CONFESSES
Tells News in jail interview that outrage about abortion prompted shooting of doctor
By LOU MICHEL and DAN HERBECK- Copyright 2002, The Buffalo News
James C. Kopp has admitted he shot and killed Dr. Barnett A. Slepian. Kopp confessed to The Buffalo News that he planned the sniper shooting for a year, hid in the woods behind Slepian's Amherst home and fired the shot that killed the abortion provider.
In a jailhouse interview, Kopp said he scouted Slepian's neighborhood several times and also considered shooting other local doctors who provided abortions before he killed Slepian on Oct.

Murders happen every day in the USA. If I were a DA the murder of an abortionist would not be my top priority to prosecute.

Hopefully this country has more intellectually honest DAs than you!
To: dennisw
dennisw, you know that's not how prosecutors work, especially with murder cases.

True where Slepian was killed.... was it Buffalo?
In LA, NYC and other crowded places murders are prioritized. BTW>I just had a laugh reading your comments about lentils and the "Magic Bus" to Iraq.

Yup, he murdered Kopp in Buffalo NY (he already confessed in the Buffalo News article), then, as this article says, he went to Mexico. He then went to Ireland and was caught in France (similar to the path Ira Einhorn followed). By doing so, he triggered both the federal and international law enforcement involvement in the investigation. He's also a suspect in shootings in Canada (something he declined to discuss in the Buffalo News article). It's a far sight different that a capping on the street over a drug deal gone bad. In a smaller jurisdiction (unlike NYC and LA, for example), prosecutors ARE going to make murder cases a top priority.
And that article about the lentil eaters--I really couldn't stop laughing at the fools. And I do like O'Keefe being a Man Without A Country. (I'm getting the giggles over it just writing about it.)

Can you imagine the farting on the bus with all the windows closed and heat on due to the cold? And the heater was prolly half broken on the bus. I love lentils but not on that hell bound bus.

Would they have noticed? I mean these were buses & not RVs (or as they call them in the UK, caravans). They're unwashed, wearing dirty sweaty clothes, gaseous emissions floating over them like a hovering noxious cloud...it's too much, it really is, and it really is like a Monty Python skit.
