High ranking PUK man, Shawkati Haji Mushir, killed by KREKAR`s group

London (KurdishMedia.com) 08 February 2003: Ansar Al-Isam, an Islamic fundamentalist group, killed six members of the PUK including a high ranking member, Shawkati Haji Mushir, at the negotiating table, reported Kurdistannet.org.

The incident happened around 7.00 pm local time while the PUK members were negotiating with Ansar Al-Islam in a house in the village of Gamesh Tapa, near Said Sadiq when a suicidal bomber blew himself up.

Ansar Al-Islam is led by Mala Krekar, who is currently living in Norway.

I know this story was already posted, other versions anyway. I posted this one becasue it names Krekar. He's the guy that is claiming he can prove all our allegations about Al-Queda are wrong. He claims to be just some happy go lucky, peace lovin' guy.
