On behalf of my native state of Pennsylvania, I strongly protest the association of Punxsutawney with Babs Mikulski. For the first 5 years after I graduated college, I lived and worked in a small town just 10~15 miles north of Punxsy. Punxsy is a wonderful little town (as far as small towns go). It doesn't need its reputation soiled with such smear tactics.

It doesn't need its reputation soiled with such smear tactics. Plus it was the theme of one of the best Bill Murray movies ever "Groundhog Day". Truly a classic.
