Thanks. If someone wanted to romanize in Japanese (you would not need Japanese fonts) for their text to the Embassy (and especially when copying the Japanese newspapers who will get this in Tokyo), then they could say the following (and feel free to cut and paste here):

"Nippon no taibei tachiba ni tsuite, honjitsu wa makoto ni arigato gozaimashita. Nippon seifu wa Amerika nado no kuniguni no tai Iraku seisaku wo zenmenteki ni shiji suru koto ni yotte, sekai no heiwa no hoshou wo kakujitsu ni jitsugen dekiru to omoimasu. Arigato gozaimashita. --Beikoku no shimin no ichi nin yori"

Translation: ['Regarding the position of Japan in support of the United States today, thank you very much. My feeling is, the Government of Japan, having fully supported America and other countries on their position towards Iraq, can (in this way) achieve a guarantee of peace in the world. Again, thank you very much. --From an American citizen"]
