The epitome of Muslim ignorance! Joseph save Egypt's survival once upon a time, with his "7 years fat, 7 years lean" vision for the future. Ignorant ingrates, indeed!!! There is reason to think that Joseph and the great vizier Imhotep who served the pharoah Djoser were the same person. The stories surrounding the two are nearly identical. Nobody ever used to connect the two because they were supposed to have lived centuries apart, but those chronologies are currently being revised.
Basically, the Egyptians have as much of a stake in this one as Jews do.
