Church responds to troop deployment, puts ministry to military families into high gear

If you know a Military person or family that needs help you can also contact a good church. If you don't know one you may can find one here

Search for a Southern Baptist Church anywhere in the United States.

The mothers-day-out program I work at is making a "prayer board." We will have pictures of those in the military and their addresses. Their welfare is included in both individual classes and the joint chapel prayers. Also, the kids will be making pictures and cards to send to them at some point.

While adults and teens can get out and help in more physical ways, I thought the idea of including the little ones in praying for our soldiers was a nice idea.
