TASZAR AIR BASE, Hungary -- Behind spools of razor wire, black sniper screens and knee-deep snowdrifts at this former Soviet air base, about 60 shivering Iraqi exiles assembled in front of a U.S. Army drill sergeant. "Left face! March!" the sergeant yelled.
