FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. -- Former U.S. Rep. Joe Scarborough made his debut as anchor of a national
cable news show about the United States' showdown with Iraq and is expected to stay in the role
indefinitely.

Scarborough, a Pensacola Republican who retired in September 2001, flew to MSNBC's New Jersey headquarters
Tuesday to anchor the show.

Alan Winnikoff, MSNBC's vice president of corporate communications, said the show will be called MSNBC
Reports beginning Wednesday and will be aired at 10 p.m.
EST.

This is on nightly opposite Greta on Fox. I have searched and searched and didn't find any mention of
it here. I wanted to pass this on, (though some of you don't like MSNBC), this show is excellent.

He seems tough. But someone tell him to lay off the caffeine. Geez! Seriously, I wish someone like him was actually REPRESENTING America, rather than ENTERTAINING America.

This is on nightly opposite Greta on Fox.

MSNBC Counterprogrammed Scarborough against Fox's least Conservative Commontator. Scarborough is GOOD on Washington Politics but Greta is best on Legal matters and non-political stuff. Greta may be the best interviewer on Cable.

I hope Scarborough succeeds.
