I'm not defending the killing by any means. But whether the guy was gay or not should not matter in a court. He was still killed, and gays are worth no more than the average Joe on the street.

Agreed. But that's not the kind of stuff I was referring to. Unfortunately, there is a small contingent of conservatives that are so Kool-Aid drinking that they find it hard to condemn fully someone who did something against the groups we're against (abortionists, homosexualists, poverty pimps, etc), no matter how heinous the action.
