Cop-out Koppel (I don’t know if this is original) and others who “accept responsibility” are just copping out. “Accept responsibility” should mean that they will “pay” for the action in some manner, or that they will insure that it doesn’t occur again. But no. All it means to these two-faced people is “OK, you caught me. Leave me alone now”.
