Bush should call out by name the senators who have flipped flopped on the fifibuster issue, then he should take Trent Less, Jr. aside and tell him to call for a 24/7 filibuster through the war and anything else--no votes on any issue until the Estrada vote (of course, TRUE conservatives would have to then support the dems so that congress would shut down for the remainder of this term).

"Where are the Republicans?.... "I can tell you exactly where the Republicans are. They and Lott, I mean Frist, are trying to figure out how many special vacations and holidays they can allow the democrats, instead of forcing them to filibuster 24/7, taking turns sleeping on cots in Senate chambers. There is absolutely no other way Estrada will get voted on, but Republicans refuse to do this. They also refuse to put all Senate business on hold and to deny all pork to the democrats. That, in addition to forcing a full filibuster, would be a big help as well. But Senate Republicans refuse to do that, either.
In short, they are slowly surrendering to Schumer, Kennedy and all the rest.
