Everything about Bill Richardson, "says" that he is running. He's been posturing as a conservative Democrat from the very beginning of his run for the governor's office; and it's easy for him to get away with it, because the incredibly wealthy liberals in New Mexico, love his tax cut ideas.

The North Koreans did not go to see him because he was somebody with whom they could talk. They were sent by Red China to make Bill Richardson look good.

He is going to be Hillary's military advisor; he is setting up to appear as easily qualified to take Dick Cheney's spot. By the time of the Democrat Convention, people will think that Bill Richardson is a military genius who would rather wage peace, first; and, he will not have been against President Bush.

That's the big tip, here.

The other contenders are going to be seen as being anti-Bush as Commander in Chief and not really in support of our military men and women, while Bill Richardson will be seen as being pro-Bush as Commander in Chief and definitely pro-military ... just having a difference of opinion on how to proceed against the terrorists.

Bill Richardson is almost running as John F. Kennedy, but for the Vice-President's spot. He's looking and sounding smart, and he's looking and sounding capable.

Hillary Clinton and The [formerly Democrat] Party have examined the public-desired traits of John McCain and are marketing them in the public persona of Mr. Richardson.

Much that Hillary needs to override her obvious weakness as well as wardrobe of limousine - liberal - lawyer - lackeys.
