Let's keep this thread going over the days ahead, remembering to "pray without ceasing."

The Lord has been merciful to us and through His providential ways, saw that we had such a man as this to lead us in these times.

President Bush cautioned that this nation should deal in humbleness with other countries: because he is a humble man himself.

But the times require a sword and a man not afraid to wield it. Out President didn't go looking for this fight, and perhaps that is why he is temperamentally suited to lead us at this time.

He is also the most spiritually grounded leader in my lifetime.

Let us Pray as he requested.

Yesterday, I say some photos posted of chaplains leading worship services in Kuwait and on ships in the Gulf. Some of those young men were being baptized in makeshift baptismals. I pray that God's Holy Spirit would does His wonderful work of conviction and salvation, leading many to repentance and faith.

Let us keep this going throughout hostilities, praing for the POTUS, Tommy Franks, the various commanders and our troops. Grant them all the protection of His preserving Hand.
