Now if we could just replace France and China with India and Japan on the SC...

Time now for Spain to start boosting it's military capability -- particularly their navy and air forces. They could be a damn good strategic ally with a strong military.

"Spain, who would have thunk it?"

They remember the Reconquista and the fleets of Suleiman.

No fools they.

Just heard on the radio that the UN vote would have been close! I wish they had gone through with it, I'd like to know which nations were with us and which nations were with the weasels!

Oh, I know..but oddly enough, it was the Moorish invasion, and influence in Spain that helped to form and define Spanish culture....but that's NOT today's Arab..no sir....BTW..remember that a last year, Spain and GB almost came to blows about a hunk of rock next to Gilbratar..cynic that I am, I'd suspect that some accomodation has been worked out...I'd look for Gib to return to GB/Spanish dual status, after the war is over...

I never imagined I'd see an alliance of America, Britain, and Spain. The three biggest contenders for the New World, now allied against a common menace. It's quite a sight.
