Interesting. This morning I read that some researchers now think that the increase in gases did not precede (and therefore cause) warming, but followed it, and that historically, warming has always been the result of some other as yet unknown external event. This was based on the analysis of 250,000 yr old polar ice.

Does he have to give back the 1 million if this turns out to be the case?
