Wagon Boy's letter to Tom Daschle, as read in it's entirety on the Hugh Hewitt Show across the country last night, in response to his remarks;

Senator Daschle, You, sir, are justifiably "saddened", "disappointed", "concerned" and "disturbed" about going to war to protect our and our ally's peace and freedom. Most men, of self-serving character, such as you, would possess these emotions when confronted with a difficult and potentially life threatening circumstance such as we, as a nation, face today. But coming from the Senate Minority Leader, the highest seat in the Democratic party, while the U.S. is on the cusp of a war to rid the world of a maniacal, murderous tyrant is a master stroke of ineptitude! You've given a few nuts in your party's base and the murderous tyrant in Baghdad something to live on for a few more days. The first American mothers of U.S. soldiers returning from this war in body bags will be comforted with your firm and resolute support of appeasement and self-serving antics against a war time Commander in Chief.

Shame on you.

Beneath the opaque and brittle veneer of your leadership resides a childish and egotistical core that burns with vengeance, jealousy and contempt for George W. Bush. I'm amazed at your lack of effort to cloak these base and despicable qualities.
