I think that if it had been pre-taped, it would have been smoother. It looked very hastily prepared to me.

Whether it was Saddam or not is a different issue. Perhaps the government can tell through voice analysis.

That doesn't make sense. A pre-taped message by Saddam would make sense. A live message by a Saddam double would make sense. But why would Saddam have a message pre-taped by one of his doubles?
