I would be THRILLED if we didn't have to use the "Shock and Awe" plan. I would rather see mass surrenders and less loss of life. Wouldn't you?

Yes, it would be *wonderful* not to use the Shock and Awe plan...however, if it *is* used I trust our military in their decision.
