The Iraqi missles are rather inaccurate. The Kuwaitis are not wasting Patriot missles shooting down incoming missles that are projected to land in the sea or in unoccupied desert. The Patriot system is good enough to determine whether the missle's trajectory poses a risk to people. It just goes to show how inept the Iraqis are.
