Kicking Russia's butt--proud military kudosDittos. Russia better stay the hell out this fight, if they know what's good for them.
To: freedomcrusader
They don't. They have small antenas and can't throw a signal out very far. Our munitions have their antennas oriented toward the sky (where GPS signals are supposed to come from) and probably didn't see much interference at all.

Sounds like Russia's GPS jammers work about as well as their tanks and MIGS--gotta love a free society that attracts and sponsors the world's best and brightest

The Russians are finding out, through their client in the region, that their 20th century technology weapons just don't make it in ought-three.

That can be used against us. They can place them where they want us to hit. They may place them in homes and schools for example to give us bad PR. So we have to know where they are before we drop a homing bomb. We also have to know what is there.
