Women have been near harms way since WWII, those aid stations weren't far behind the lines. So I take it you consider Patton to be an illogical PC moron.

Way to use this poor woman as a flag for your pet issue. Talk about scummy behavior.

Talk about scummy behavior.

You're the scumbag, scumbag. It's because of people like you that she's suffering now.

I view the soldier (sister) as a woman who's life is now ruined because of a$$holes who tag along with leftist idiot policy. Like yourself. I find it pathetic for idiot-boys to rain on some reporter who simply questions the fact that this idiot policy (thought up by idiot-boys without a clue) is in place.

Good reporters should be asking why we're doing dumb things. Ef "Ari".

There was also a woman named Deborah Sampson, once upon a time, during the American Revolution. Probably a lot of 'Deborah Sampsons' out there over time, more than we knew about!

She fought right along with the guys, dressed like one. She also took a male name, Robert Shurtliff, I believe. They didn't find out about her gender until she got sick with a brain fever, and almost died. The doctor never confronted her; but took her home to his own family, until she recovered.

He let G.Washington know about her, and was he ever suprised! But he didn't embarrass or punish her. He let her go home, and gave her an honorable discharge. He'd heard how well she had fought, and admired her. Later on, she got a pension from the new goverment, got married to a farmer, and raised kids.

Also, she was the first woman to go out to give speeches about her experience, and earn money doing it. She lived to a ripe old age for her time, and survived her husband! Quite an inspiring story, among many brave women!
