Maybe they saw a garage door open and tire tracks speeding away.

If they are to be opened later with the media present, how do they know they were looted? That's what I was wondering...

Gawd. I can write better than this article.
Is it saying the bunkers were looted before or after being sealed? Geez.
To: ewing
Some of the bunkers which were to be opened later with media present, had been looted. The media is talking about the possibility of a chemical weapons attack once we cross a "red line" near Baghdad. I wonder if we are also focused on where such an attack might take place. In other words, such an attack could literally happen anywhere in Iraq -- not just Baghdad.

This makes no sense. If they are to be opened later with the media present, how do they know they were looted?I'd guess something(s) is/are obviously missing, broken or spilled...not good, if that's the case. I hope this is hype.

Geraldo!!!! [He likes to open things like that.] Be a good sport and let Hans have one more chance.

Geraldo broke the story of the Islamic/mexico human smuggling operation that the Cia and FBI couldn't break.
I give him credit - for lots of stuff.
