They are housed in large domes. They look like telescope observatories or large radar installations. Easy to spot from the air. They are a bit larger than a few radio shack spare parts but they don't work any better. The Russian company that sold them conned the Iraqis.
This story came out months ago and the US Military has never been worried about the jammers. Makes one wonder why the White House is making such a big deal out of it now?
