Lastly, to be snide, would you support Article 15s for Marines smoking in Iraq? And if not, why not?

I have no idea.

FWIW, I disagree with the ban in principle and if I were your state representative I would vote against it. I do however think its great to have a ban because smokers are to inconsiderate. Further, I believe the state does have the right to impose property restrictions but these restrictions must be reimbursed unless there is no clear state interest.
