Glenn Beck had a "Man on the street" reporting on this incident who said that the cops outnumbered the protestors and the "crowd" was mostly people gawking at the freak show.

I'm sure it was a freak show. Even in NYC, nobody, but nobody is stupid enough to block traffic. That's definitely a Darwin move. Just loitering on the sidewalk in midtown will get you run down...
