I have it on good authority that our own Doctor Raoul reported for duty in Fieldsboro this morning dressed as Saddam Hussein. Saddam made his appearance in Fieldsboro to thank the mayor and the town council. His signs said:
"Fieldsboro--Where Yellow Ribbons are Illegal" and
"Mayor Tyler is My 'Buddy”
Good old Doctor Raoul!
