The Chosun Ilbo is the ROK's widest selling daily. It is to the right of center, and has been a particular target of President Roh's "media reform" (actually, last week his administration asked CNN to correct a report based on an interview with one of his ministers they said CNN had "misinterpreted" -- he does that everyday with the papers out here -- good luck with US-based media). Cathartic comments by Mr. Rathbone/right on target. What is going on in the ROK is ridiculous, and, unless somebody wakes up, they're going to pay the price for their own actions. I'm happy the ROK successfully executed another democratic presidential transition -- I just hope they're around to make another.
