My Progressive physician's assistant let me know she was *disgusted* by the media. That made me smile. The Left is trying to convince us that watching is too stressful and *recommending* we turn the TV off.
If these fantastic kids can go halfway around the world into major danger to remove this threat to our security, the least I can do is watch them do it. If, in the process, all the political aspects of our world are exposed and the vast majority of the American people wake up to the realities, that is another victory.
Freedom isn't free. Perhaps after this, the press will be.

Just caught an NBC imbed giving a report (on MSNBC) about two fallen comrades--one a Navy medic with the Marines and another a Marine who had been a liason with the NBC embed team.It was gut-wrenching to see the "service" held by the Marines for their fallen comrades. The reporter was clearly moved--and the not a few of the Marines were in tears--and the emotion was powerful. But the main message was--we will carry on!
If I had to pick one "soundbite" to show after this war--I would chose this one. The troops sang "Amazing Grace'--and demonstrated it right there on the battlefield!
And I would LOVE to show it to anyone who screams "racist" when they talk about our military!
