Arnett is a naturalized U.S. citizen. He is scum. He is a traitor and deserves a traitor's fate.
I was thinking that a wall and a line of soldiers armed with a rifle and one bullet each was the best approach, but why waste money on ammo when all that's needed is a few feet of rope? A traitor deserves a traitor's end.
