What keeps going through my mind is that most of our troops are Christian. We operate under Christian principles. Islam is not Christian. They have their own sets of rules. I recall my parents traveling with a princess from "Arabia" (at that time). She told them that her father would kill her if he discovered her to be not a virgin. Fathers in that culture would take their daughter to bed on the wedding night to prove that she was a virgin...and hang the bloody sheets outside the window to prove it. I know this is more than you want to know...but that piece of trivia might enlighten others as to their mind-set.
