That's their problem if they feel they are un-American because of the criticism the Dixie Chicks received. How would Gore know if they feel un-American, did he ask them? It's a two-way street; if you give criticism expect to receive it.

Gore is wrong about democracy taking a "hit". He must be referring to our First Amendment rights, for which it is being exercised.
