I live here too and I do work in the "entertainment business" and Garofalo is all too typical of the so-called creative community here. They're spoiled children without any adult supervision whatever, and they desperately resent being spanked for their antics. Their response is to wail, cry, and accuse the adults of being "unfair". They operate entirely on the basis of their "feelings" (which accounts for most of their deviant behavior), and they've never had a rational moment in their lives.
