Seriously, there really is a problem with so much of the media being unabashedly leftist yet claiming to be "mainstream." Yesterday I posted elsewhere here a comparison of an LA TIMES headline with a couple others, and even the WA POST had a more balanced headline, which is really saying something...the LA TIMES had a headline about tribal leaders going to Baghdad for instructions on how to defeat the allies...while the WA POST said something like "Baghdad Defenses Weaken." They're not even covering the same war!

No way, the LA TIMES really blamed the sandstorms on the troops? That's one I missed! I have a pile of old papers here which I haven't had time to look at -- too busy on FR! I was telling my dad I really feel guilty for continuing to subsidize the TIMES -- I keep getting it because of lifelong tradition and an outstanding sports section. But the news section can be used for entertainment purposes only...I give it to my oldest daughter and ask how many examples she can pick out of left-wing bias, LOL.

Shep on Fox just said he received an email from someone who can't believe such a big deal is being made over the rescue of one POW. Shep said this person is completely disconnected from reality. I bet this person would make a big deal if one Iraqi civilian is accidentally killed by our troops.
Astonishingly, some FReepers have voiced the same sentiment, that the rescue of Lynch doesn't merit big news.

After re-reading the post from DU, I have to say that God should be merciful with such pitiful creatures and render them non-existent so they no longer suffer from such insanity and depravity. They have a terminal spiritual disease they will not survive.They kinda remind me of Gollum. Poisoned minds.
