I was about to comment on the lipstick (Old 1SG habits die hard) then I realized she's probably Air Force. Not a dig, just different regs, although I don't see the reason for it on a mission.

The A.F. reg on lipstick was that any natural or neutral tone was ok. Hers looks pretty natural (not overtly noticable). I'd say, simply because they use more helo's than the A.F. for ground support, that she's Army. The reason for wearing it could be that many lipsticks today are like Chapstick, they protect against the wind, sun, rain and sand and have some color in them.
I thought all regs allowed some makeup for women, just had to be toned down, no Tammy-Baker-pancake-layered-on-with-a-trowel look.
